Send the stair width and the clear space at the turn, plus the length of your longest rigid piece, and we will tell you whether it goes. It is a free answer and it has changed people's minds about a flat more than once.
Moving out of a conversion?
Tell us the floor, how many flights, and whether the hall is shared. Those three set the crew, the protection and the timing.
If something went wrong
Write and say so plainly. Your booking contract covers claims and the time limits on them, and we would far rather deal with it directly than leave you reading clauses alone.
